He explained that I had purchased a non working product (was for parts only) and wanted to verify that I was aware it was in non working condition. I was unaware, and didn't notice it on the listing. (It was listed as parts only, and I had overlooked it) he offered a full refund and cancelled the order. As a customer, I was very impressed with this call verification and quality of customer service. Would definitely recommend KEH to anyone!!
